The studio is approx. 40 square meters in size and has a practical layout. There is a small kitchen with a dining area, which is connected to the sleeping area via an opening. In addition to a double bed, there is also a comfortable couch.

Not only the wooden furniture, but also the fully equipped kitchen make it a very cozy place. There is also a TV, as well as a good WiFi connection.

There is a balcony with a beautiful view, as well as a communal garden with a playground. There are always enough parking spaces available.
For everybody
Pets are also welcome upon request. There are endless walks available to them. This is also a great place for children with lots of options.
